RISE: As We Rise, We Pour Into Others
This year, RISE is more than a call to elevate. It is a call to serve. God has placed gifts, wisdom, strength, and grace within each of us, not only for our own growth, but so that we can pour into others.
As we rise in faith, purpose, healing, and confidence, we reach back and help another woman rise with us. FDC26 is about recognizing what God has placed within us, stewarding it well, and using it to strengthen our sisters, our families, and our communities.
Join us for a powerful weekend designed to refresh, restore, reconnect, and pour into the daughters of New Hope Cathedral and beyond.
Friday | The Throne Room Experience
Friday night begins with our Throne Room Experience, a time of worship and seeking the presence of God, followed by Bishop Richard Leaphart-Mack opening the conference with a special message to his daughters.
Saturday | The RISE Spiritual Retreat Experience
This year, we're embracing a more intimate and interactive experience, combining biblical teaching, meaningful conversations, personal reflection, and sisterhood.
Our Saturday retreat will focus on three powerful sessions:
REFRESH: Becoming the Woman God Called Me to Be
A time of biblical teaching focused on discovering our identity in Christ, embracing our purpose, and growing into the women God has called us to be.
RESTORE: The Strong Woman Is Tired, Navigating Through Life's Seasons
An engaging fireside chat featuring biblical wisdom, honest conversations, and interactive Q&A. Together, we'll explore the challenges women face, the weight of everyday responsibilities, emotional exhaustion, and finding strength and restoration through life's changing seasons.
RECONNECT: Your Rise Is Not Just for You
A powerful closing teaching centered on using our gifts, experiences, and spiritual growth to encourage, uplift, and pour into other women. Because when one woman rises, she has the opportunity to help another rise with her.
Lunch, Fellowship & Sisterhood
This year, we're bringing something special to the table with a potluck-style lunch! We're inviting each attendee to bring a dish to share as we come together for a meal filled with fellowship, laughter, and sisterhood. We'll also have time to connect with one another and support our conference vendors.
The Burn Ceremony
We'll conclude Saturday with our meaningful burn ceremony, a symbolic moment of release, reflection, and renewal. An opportunity to let go of what has been holding us back and move forward in faith, purpose, and freedom.

The Mission Behind RISE
This year, we want RISE to extend beyond the walls of the conference. “As we rise, we pour into others” is not simply our theme, it is our mission.
God has blessed each of us with something we can use to serve someone else. Whether through our time, resources, gifts, encouragement, or testimony, we believe that when God allows us to rise, we have a responsibility to reach back and help another woman rise too.
As part of FDC26, we are incorporating a community service initiative focused on pouring into women in our community. Conference attendees will have an opportunity to support a local women’s shelter through donations of needed toiletries, personal care items, purses, and other essential supplies.
Our desire is for every woman attending FDC26 to leave understanding that RISE does not end when the conference ends. We are called to take what God has poured into us and carry it into our homes, churches, workplaces, and communities. More details to come!!!
